Alice represents businesses, debtors, trustees, and creditors in commercial bankruptcy and out-of-court workouts. She also advises clients on business transactions, real estate, contracts, corporate governance, and other general business matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and mining-related agreements.
